Outdoor Vendor Booth measuring 10x10 feet. Indoor/Outdoor event Held at the Hampton Inn & Suites in the heart of Bastrop. The event will span over two exciting days, offering ample opportunity for interaction and networking. It will take place from 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturday, September 27th and 10am-2pm on Sunday September 28th, allowing vendors to showcase their products and services effectively during peak hours when foot traffic is expected to be highest. This setup is ideal for engaging with potential customers and making valuable connections within the community. Participants must also donate a raffle prize with a monetary value of $100 and donation must not require an additional purchase. Raffle proceed benefit the Heart of Texas Chamber of Commerce.
